Friends in Faith is an organization of St. James Lutheran church members. Using resources made available by Thrivent Financial and other contributions, FIF schedules and organizes many activities throughout the year and offer assistance to others in need.
The Easter breakfast, new member welcomes, the church picnic, community assistance events, the Grace Hunger Walk, bus trips, ice creams socials, chili cook offs, and the youth groups second best sale are just a few of the things we help with.
We would like to continue these activities and more. They all require able minds and hands to make them successful. They also allow us to demonstrate the meaning of our church’s motto, “By my works, I will show you my faith”. Please seriously consider joining us at our next meeting. We meet the second Sunday of the month. Your help, talents, and new ideas would be most welcomed!
